Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage and maintain AD, NAS folders, user accounts, and access permissions while ensuring security and uptime.
You will support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and network gear, install hardware and software, set up new employee accounts, maintain asset records, backups, and work with vendors on upgrades and procurement.

Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), NAS shared folders, user accounts, and access permissions.
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points (APs).
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
Set up user accounts, email, system access, and IT equipment for new employees.
Maintain IT asset inventory, licensing records, and system documentation.
Perform routine system backups and basic cybersecurity maintenance to ensure business continuity.
Liaise with external IT vendors for technical support, maintenance, warranty claims, and procurement of IT hardware and software.
Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and continuous improvement projects.
Provide prompt day-to-day IT support and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior or Management.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, technical support, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments.
Experience managing Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access management.
Good understanding of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and wireless networking.
Experience with NAS, file sharing, backup solutions, and endpoint security will be an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to support users across different departments.
Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to IT incidents.
