Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to manage assets and support users across desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment. You will deploy machines for new joiners, coordinate software licenses, and liaise with external vendors.
Collaborating with Third-party consultants, you will help maintain both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, document processes, and report to the Tech Manager. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Manage on all assets including but not limited to desktop, laptop, workstation, printer, phone intercom, CCTV, Card Access, Camera etc.
Understand the complex user permission across different entity, setup and assign a new machine based on standard requirement upon new joiner.
Ensuring all software subscription are up to date and periodically liaise with authorized reseller for license renewal.
Application to Internet Service Provider (ISP) whenever is required and ensure all project site internet services is up and running.
General troubleshoot, fixing hardware, software and networking issues upon requests.
Work closely with Third-party Consultant in maintaining both on-premises and cloud server, domain, firewall, modem, AP, other networking related hardware and software, always ensure the whole environment is up and running smoothly 24/7.
Assist Third-party Application Vendor in installation, troubleshooting and update whenever is required.
Proper record, filing and documentation on both hard and soft copies for easier references by Tech Manager and HQ reporting.
Filing monthly reports for Meeting with the Tech Manager to discuss on any future planning.
Any other task as assigned by Tech Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
Fresh graduate and candidate with 1-2 years are welcomed to apply.
Candidate should the ability to organise, prioritise, multi-task and must be a team player.
Good communication skills and able to explain complex IT matters in laymen’s terms.
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, excellent IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of what a business and its users need and expect from a computer system.
Must have the desire to remain up to date with changes in technology.
Experience in software development will be a plus.
