Qualitas Health Malaysia is seeking a capable IT Administrator to manage user accounts, Active Directory, server maintenance, and network tasks within our Selangor-based team.
You will configure PCs, handle licenses, supervise vendors, and provide frontline IT support while ensuring security and compliance across the infrastructure.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
Ensure the security and integrity of Active Directory infrastructure.
Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory-related issues.
Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal - performance of servers.
Monitor network infrastructure and address any issues proactively.
Troubleshoot and resolve server and network-related problems.
Collaborate with network service providers to ensure smooth internet connectivity.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors for cloud storage, firewall, server administration, and Microsoft licensing.
Resolve technical issues by working closely with vendors.
Keep track of vendor contracts, warranties, and maintenance agreements.
Prepare payment request documents for IT-related invoices.
Submit payment requests to the Finance department.
Maintain accurate records of payments and ensure timely processing.
Configure new PCs and laptops for staff members.
Install and configure Microsoft software and email clients.
Provide user training and support for basic software functionality.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all company IT assets.
Track hardware and software licenses, warranties, and maintenance contracts.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist users in resolving IT-related issues.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network problems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, escalating to appropriate resources if necessary.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of related experience in IT administration and support roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, server administration, and network maintenance.
Familiarity with firewall management, cloud storage, and Microsoft licensing.
Proficiency in installing and configuring Microsoft software.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
