Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Support & Helpdesk professional to provide daily IT assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support network and CCTV systems. The role covers desktops, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and asset management, with exposure to server/NAS environments.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, System Support, or Network Support will have an advantage.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge or experience in any of the following will be an advantage: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Firewall, Network configuration, CCTV / Door Access Control, Server / NAS, IT Asset Management
Able to troubleshoot problems independently with minimal supervision.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fast learner and willing to learn new technologies.
Responsible, proactive, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Manufacturing environment experience is an added advantage.
Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, Windows OS,
Microsoft Office, and other software.
Provide technical support for printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Assist users with Microsoft 365, email accounts, and related IT issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WiFi, Internet connectivity, modems, routers, switches, and other network equipment.
Perform basic network monitoring and troubleshooting.
Assist in maintaining company servers and NAS systems.
Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and Door Access Control systems.
Troubleshoot basic CCTV, network connection, and access control issues.
Coordinate with external vendors for repair or technical support when required.
Manage the day-to-day operation of the office door access system.
Perform basic troubleshooting and user access management when required.
Coordinate with the system vendor or customer service team for technical issues that require further assistance.
Maintain accurate records of company IT assets and equipment.
Manage inventory and records for laptops, desktops, monitors, modems, network equipment,
CCTV equipment, and other IT-related assets.
Track the allocation, return, replacement, and disposal of IT equipment.
Ensure IT assets are properly recorded, labelled, and maintained.
Perform routine IT maintenance and preventive checks.
Keep IT equipment, systems, and documentation properly organised.
Assist in implementing improvements to the company's IT infrastructure and systems.
Perform other IT-related duties assigned by Management.
