Job summary

Kemakmuran Teknologi Sdn Bhd is seeking an Information Technology Executive in Ipoh, Malaysia to handle day-to-day IT support and ensure reliable IT operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email issues, install and maintain IT equipment, and manage user access and security controls.

The role requires 1–2 years of IT support experience, a IT-related degree, and solid knowledge of networking, Windows OS, MS Office, and IT security.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support experience minimum.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, MS Office, and IT security.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and system issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, servers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, network security, antivirus, backups, and data protection.
• Manage and maintain company software, systems, digital platforms, and IT-related applications.
• Identify and implement IT solutions, automation, and digitalisation initiatives to improve business operations.
• Support software development, system upgrades, implementation, testing, and integration projects.
• Liaise with IT vendors, software developers, and service providers for technical support and system maintenance.
• Maintain IT assets, software licences, subscriptions, inventory, and related documentation.
• Provide user guidance and basic IT training to employees.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection practices.
• Perform other IT-related duties and projects assigned by Management from time to time.
