Job summary

TJH INSOX SDN BHD in Penang seeks an IT Infrastructure Executive to manage servers, networks, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). You will monitor performance, ensure security, troubleshoot issues, and support backups, DR, and business continuity. Travel to KL may be required.

The role includes administering Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and providing end-user IT support. A 2+ year background in IT infra with cloud knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or cloud support.
• Basic knowledge of AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with Windows and Linux servers.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
