Job summary

HLK (Chain-Store) Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT professional to provide day-to-day support for our HQ, retail stores and warehouse. You will manage IT systems, user accounts, devices, servers and backups, and support ERP, WMS and E-Invoice applications.

You will develop Power BI dashboards for management thinking and explore automation with n8n to boost efficiency. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of IT experience, a Diploma/Degree in IT, and strong communication with both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Power BI, automation tools or AI solutions will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn new technologies.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities
