Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience in Platform Engineering or DevSecOps environments.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business documentation for Agile software delivery.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions, microservices, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and system interaction analysis.
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and international teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset.

Tasks

• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis - Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Business Process Optimization - Analyze business processes, identify optimization and automation opportunities, and support digital transformation initiatives through scalable cloud solutions.
• Solution Design & Documentation - Create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation supporting cloud-native applications.
• Agile Product Delivery - Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to manage backlogs, refine user stories, support sprint planning, release activities, and continuous product delivery.
• Cloud & Integration Analysis - Define requirements for cloud-native applications, microservices, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and system interactions with internal and third-party platforms.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication - Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating workshops, presenting recommendations, and managing requirement changes.
• Testing & Continuous Improvement - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, validate delivered solutions, support defect resolution, and promote Agile best practices and continuous process improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• Educational Background - Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Cloud Platform Experience - Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and cloud-native application environments.
• Platform Engineering Knowledge - Experience within Platform Engineering or DevSecOps environments supporting modern cloud solutions.
• Business Analysis Expertise - Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business documentation for Agile software delivery.
• Cloud & Integration Knowledge - Experience with cloud-native solutions, microservices, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and system interaction analysis.
• Agile Delivery Experience - Experience working with Scrum or Kanban methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and cross-functional international teams.
