Form of cooperation: B2B Contract

Tasks:

• Backend Development – Build scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL APIs, and cloud services to support high-traffic digital platforms.
• Frontend Development – Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS while following clean coding and testing practices.
• Performance Optimization – Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability through testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvements.
• Security & Accessibility – Apply secure coding standards, web accessibility principles, analytics integration, and engineering best practices across developed solutions.
• Technical Collaboration – Partner with technical leadership, product teams, and engineers to shape product designs and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
• End-to-End Ownership – Take ownership of complete technical solutions, independently making decisions and resolving complex development and architecture challenges.
• Process Improvement – Improve software development processes by promoting efficient, maintainable, scalable approaches and innovative solutions for dynamic environments.
• Leadership & Mentorship – Mentor developers, encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing, and contribute to technical strategy and engineering standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• Full Stack Development – Minimum 5 years of relevant experience across frontend and backend development, with strong hands‑on software engineering expertise.
• Frontend Technologies – Minimum 5 years of experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS in professional software development environments.
• Backend Technologies – Minimum 5 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and API development, including designing and implementing robust backend services.
• Architecture Experience – Practical experience with service‑oriented and event‑driven architectures and understanding of scalable distributed application design.
• Cloud & Database Knowledge – Experience with cloud technologies and related services, with knowledge of AWS, databases, caching, messaging, and search technologies.
• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Communication Skills – Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Learning Mindset – Strong interest and ability to learn additional programming languages, technologies, and frameworks as required by evolving project needs.
