Job summary

EDV Werke is looking for a Digital Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of digital products from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role requires strong business analysis, mobile product development, and agile delivery experience within a B2B contract framework.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and UX teams, creating clear user stories and technical specs, while driving data-driven decisions to improve performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner delivering digital products or enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience working on mobile application projects with understanding of mobile platforms and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience in Scrum teams, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, conversion funnels, customer experience metrics, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions, understand system interactions, architecture, APIs, and write technical user stories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business stakeholders, developers, and architects.

• Business Requirements Analysis – Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for digital products.
• Mobile Product Development – Support the design and delivery of mobile application features by collaborating closely with development teams.
• Agile Product Delivery – Participate in Scrum ceremonies, manage backlog refinement, and support iterative delivery of business value.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, architects, and UX teams to align business and technical objectives.
