Job summary

Edv Werke Ag in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a SAP Business Analyst to join our hybrid team. You will translate business needs into SAP solutions, support agile delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.

The role emphasizes requirement management, process analysis, SAP module knowledge (SD, MM, FI/CO), testing, and continuous process optimization in a global environment. A Bachelor's or Master's degree and experience with Jira/Confluence are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in SAP environments and enterprise application landscapes
• Good understanding of SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO modules and their related business processes
• Experience documenting business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Experience analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and standardization
• Experience supporting SAP implementation, integration, and data migration projects
• Practical experience with Scrum and/or Kanban, including backlog refinement and delivery ceremonies
• Strong communication skills and ability to align business and technical teams in an international environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field; familiarity with Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze subscription, order entry, billing, and contract management processes to identify improvements
• Translate business needs into SAP solution requirements aligned with objectives and standards
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to refine backlogs and support release planning
• Facilitate workshops, manage requirement changes, and align stakeholders on solutions
• Support test planning and UAT, validate functionality, and coordinate defect analysis

Form of cooperation: B2B Contract

Tasks:

• Requirement Management – Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Business Process Analysis – Analyze subscription, order entry, billing, and contract management processes to identify improvement opportunities
• SAP Solution Design – Translate business needs into SAP solution requirements aligned with business objectives and process standards
• Agile Product Delivery – Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to refine backlogs, prioritize work, and support release planning
• Stakeholder Management – Facilitate workshops, manage requirement changes, and align business and technical stakeholders on solutions
• Testing & Quality Assurance – Support test planning and UAT, validate delivered functionality, and coordinate defect analysis and resolution
• Process Optimization – Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across SAP-supported business operations
• Team Alignment & Transformation – Support constructive issue resolution, clarify goals, improve accountability, and promote collaborative ways of working

Must-Have Skills:
