Seargin Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions. You will shape cloud-native initiatives and drive alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience in Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or similar cloud-focused delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of cloud-native solutions, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and business impact assessment.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and international cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for requirements management and Agile delivery.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions while delivering business value

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and support automation initiatives.
• Create process flows, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other business analysis deliverables.
• Support solution design activities and validate proposed solutions against business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams, manage backlogs, and participate in Scrum and Kanban ceremonies.
• Gather and document requirements for cloud-native applications, platform services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Work with architects and engineering teams on microservice-based solutions, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and technical documentation.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, facilitate alignment between business and technical teams, and manage requirement changes.
• Define acceptance criteria, support test activities, coordinate UAT, validate delivered solutions, and assist with defect resolution.
• Promote best practices, support digital transformation initiatives, and leverage feedback and metrics to improve delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience within Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or similar cloud-focused delivery environments.
• Agile Methodologies
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, and requirements engineering.
