Job summary

Seargin is seeking an IT Business Analyst – Cloud Solutions to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into scalable cloud-based solutions. Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Support solution design and validate proposed solutions against business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Manage and refine product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories.
• Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support prioritization based on business value, technical dependencies, and strategic goals.
• Assist in release planning and go-live preparation.
• Gather and document requirements for cloud-native applications and platform services.
• Analyze and define integration requirements between cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and third-party solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on API-based and microservice-based solutions.
• Support the design and documentation of REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and system interactions.
• Understand technical dependencies, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders regarding requirements and solution clarification.
• Facilitate alignment between business and technical teams.
• Present findings, recommendations, and solution concepts to stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure transparency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support decision-making through data analysis and business impact assessments.
• Define acceptance criteria and support test strategy activities.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Support defect triage and resolution efforts.

About the role

Currently, for a new Seargin project we are looking for IT Business Analyst – Cloud Solutions, who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable cloud-based solutions. Ideal candidate is a technical BA with experience in cloud-based software/platform environments, who understands APIs and microservices, can translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications, and can work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and DevOps teams throughout delivery.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management
