Job Descriptions

Deep-dive into our business operations, products, and systems to quickly understand how everything works end-to-end.

Act as the key bridge between business users, clients, vendors, and technical teams.

Perform basic system testing and first-level troubleshooting for system issues or change requests, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up.

Confidently present and demonstrate Web / App or B2B system features to vendors and clients.

Support system setup, configuration, and parameter tuning to ensure smooth onboarding and high service quality.

Gather, analyse, and structure business requirements into clear, actionable documentation and specifications.

Assist in managing projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organize, interpret, and translate data into business insights.

Experience in, or strong interest to grow within, the B2B systems / technology space.

Good understanding of business needs and the ability to propose practical, value-driven solutions.

Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and responsible work attitude.

Basic project management capabilities with good time and quality control.

Hands-on experience with Figma, Notion, Axure, Jira, or similar collaboration tools.
