Job summary

QL Corporate Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work closely with IT and business owners to analyze current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the design and implementation of transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3 years in business analysis, project implementation environment and/or technology support
• Advantage with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CITPM, PMP, PRINCE2, IIBA)
• Preferably with consulting, facilitation, and negotiation experience
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Experienced in change management process and project implementation process
• Familiar with some enterprise processes (e.g., ERP, CRM, workflow tools) with the ability to identify improvement areas
• Willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job description

This Business Analyst work closely with IT and business owners to analyze current business processes, identify opportunities for process improvement or digital enablement, and support the design and implementation of transformation initiatives that drives efficiency, innovation, and value realization.

Manage stakeholders’ expectation and guide them in the digital transformation journey.

Participate and contribute in the development of IT roadmap and strategies.

Document problem statements, develop business cases and propose solutions for improvements and new initiatives.

Gather requirements, perform gap analysis and prioritize them in alignment with the organization objective.

Work with the team to identify and evaluate appropriate solutions that are aligned to the overall IT strategy and business objectives.

Conduct testing, training and knowledge transfer for users and business support.

As part of project team ensure the design and deliverables are meeting business requirements.

Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

As Process Change Agent in the transformation roadmap and help to maximize the positive impact on the organization.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
