Software International Corporation is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to partner with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. You will improve requirement clarity, reduce delivery defects, and enhance efficiency through strong analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Improve requirement clarity, reduce delivery defects, and enhance delivery efficiency through strong analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to understand system architecture and technical constraints.
• Facilitate tech requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyze existing applications, APIs, databases, and integration points.
• Support solution design discussions by evaluating business and technical impacts and gaps.
• Interpret technical documentation and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
• Strong SQL skills with ability to:
• Perform data validation
• Troubleshoot data issues
• Experience supporting software development or digital product initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Data teams.
• Proactive and self-driven
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions.
