Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support specialist based near Batu Kawan, Penang. The role requires a Diploma in Computing/IT with 1–2 years’ IT support experience in manufacturing, including Windows operating systems and hardware.

You will understand shop floor functionality, troubleshoot configuration issues using manufacturing feedback, monitor system stability, and compile reports. The candidate must be able to work shifts and weekends to provide coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computing/IT or related with 1–2 years IT support experience in manufacturing, Windows operating systems and hardware support.
• Understand shop floor functionality.
