Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Administrator to provide second-line support for end users, production systems, and infrastructure incidents in a manufacturing setting. The role includes administering Windows desktops, laptops, and Windows Server environments, and maintaining hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI).

You will support network infrastructure, firewall configurations, and application servers, while ensuring system availability, data integrity, and compliance with internal and regulatory

Provide second-line support for end users, production users, and infrastructure-related incidents.

Administer and support Windows desktops, laptops, and Windows Server environments.

Maintain and troubleshoot hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) platforms.

Support network infrastructure, including switches, routing, VLANs, and connectivity across office and manufacturing areas.

Administer and monitor firewall policies, access controls, and basic network security configuration.

Support machine network connectivity between manufacturing equipment, production systems, and backend infrastructure.

Maintain application servers and SQL Server environments to support production and business operations.

Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive actions.

Work closely with vendors, engineers, and operations teams to resolve infrastructure and system issues.

Ensure system availability, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations.

Assist with patching, backup validation, account administration, and routine server maintenance.

Support IT documentation, SOPs, change management, and audit-related activities.
