Job description

We are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive, and process-focused IT Admin to oversee our daily IT infrastructure while actively driving internal AI and process automation initiatives. In this dual-capability role, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth technical operations across our office systems while exploring, testing, and implementing digital tools to automate repetitive workflows and boost overall team productivity.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain company hardware, computers, printers, local network setups, email servers, and core software applications. Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for all user issues.

Oversee IT asset registers, software licensing compliance, user access credentials, data backup schedules, and corporate IT security protocols.

Liaise directly with external IT vendors, service providers, and internet service providers (ISPs) for system upgrades, repairs, and infrastructure maintenance.

Identify operational bottlenecks, implement AI tools, and build automated workflows and custom reports using AI technologies, advanced Excel, and digital platforms to reduce manual work.

Act as the internal champion for digital tools, guiding and training team members on system features and new AI applications.

Maintain high system reliability, strict data confidentiality, and compliance with corporate IT governance policies.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, Business Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.

Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience who possess a high technical aptitude are welcome to apply.

Strong interest in technology, AI tools, and workflow automation — you enjoy experimenting with new software to solve business problems.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with multilingual clients, team members, and external vendors.
