Job summary
RIMBUN GROUP RESOURCES BERHAD in Sarawak, Malaysia, is seeking a Legal & ISO Compliance Executive to manage legal documentation, contracts, regulatory compliance and the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 37001:2025 systems. You will work with Management and various departments to ensure policies and records meet legal and ISO requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in legal, compliance, ISO or contract management.
- Experience reviewing contracts and legal documents and coordinating ISO initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft and manage contracts, agreements, letters, notices and NDAs.
- Review terms to identify legal, commercial and compliance risks.
- Liaise with external lawyers, company secretary and authorities on matters.
- Maintain records of contracts and statutory documents.
- Monitor contract expiries, renewals and obligations.
- Coordinate ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 37001:2025 systems and audits.
- Ensure policies, SOPs and records are properly maintained and controlled.
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting operations.
