Job summary

RHB Banking Group seeks a Sales Manager for Personal Financing (Islamic) to guide a sales team, craft effective strategies and ensure attainment of targets in line with Shariah principles. The role requires coaching, market analysis, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

You will lead from the front on sales execution, stakeholder management, and ongoing product development while upholding compliance with relevant guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in sales with 2+ years in a supervisory role within financial services, personal financing preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading teams.
• Solid knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve Islamic personal financing targets.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a sales team for optimum performance.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business within Islamic financing.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, Shariah guidelines and regulations.
• Provide regular coaching and performance reviews to team members.
• Prepare forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
• Contribute to product development and marketing initiatives for Islamic financing.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
