Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within banking or financial services, specifically Personal Financing products.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Personal Financing products, credit policies, and relevant banking regulations.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Personal Financing products.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a team of Personal Financing sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable Personal Financing solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all internal bank policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements related to Personal Financing sales.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth processing of Personal Financing applications.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Actively participate in promotional activities and campaigns to drive Personal Financing sales.
