Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a result‑driven Sales Associate to solicit and promote Personal Financing Islamic (PF-i) products and meet KPIs. The role focuses on building new relationships, presenting PF-i solutions, and setting appointments with prospective customers.

You will achieve individual sales targets, contribute to group goals, and cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF, and Credit Cards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Licensed for the portfolio.
• Demonstrates initiative and perseverance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote PF-i product sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to group targets.
• Prepare and execute sales plans for prospective customers.
• Set appointments and engage new-to-bank customers.
• Cross-sell of retail banking products (e.g., ASB, PF, Credit Cards, Deposits).
• Maintain high standard of customer experience as per Bank policies.
• Ensure branch/center is well maintained and compliant with standards.
