Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks a target-driven Sales & Customer Service professional to actively solicit and promote Personal Financing Islamic (PFi) products and cross-sell banking services. You will build relationships with new-to-bank customers and maintain high service standards.

With at least 5 years in sales or customer service, you will plan proactive sales efforts, meet individual targets, adhere to compliance, and contribute to group objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 5 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and passion in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing Islamic (PFi) products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall Group sales objectives.
• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for potential customers through internal marketing initiatives and self-generated leads.
• Schedule appointments, conduct sales visits, and engage early with new-to-bank customers to build lasting relationships.
• Perform cross-selling of other retail banking products such as ASB Financing, Personal Financing, Credit Cards, and other offerings.
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience consistent with the Bank’s quality and service standards.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere strictly to all Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Uphold and protect the Bank’s image, reputation, and brand integrity.
• Ensure that the sales centre is maintained to meet the Bank’s quality and operational standards.
• Support operational efficiency by ensuring proper documentation, process accuracy, and compliance.
