Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a proven sales leader to manage a team of Personal Financing sales professionals in Malaysia. You will drive strategy, coach the team, and ensure targets are met while maintaining compliance with banking policies.

The role requires deep knowledge of Personal Financing products, strong people management, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role in banking/financial services (Personal Financing).
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Personal Financing products, credit policies and banking regulations.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• High integrity and customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Personal Financing products.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and manage a team of PF sales executives to enhance performance.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to understand financial needs and offer PF solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements related to PF sales.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Credit and Operations to ensure smooth PF applications processing.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Actively participate in promotional activities and campaigns to drive PF sales.
