RHB Banking Group seeks a results-driven salesperson to solicit and promote Personal Financing Islamic (PF-i) products. You will deliver excellent customer experience, meet individual sales targets, and support bank-wide KPIs.

Responsibilities include planning sales activities, engaging new-to-bank customers, cross-selling banking products, and maintaining compliant, well-presented sales centers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in any related field.
• 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and basic finance knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Solicit and promote PF-i product sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards group targets.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans using internal marketing and self-generated leads.
• Set appointments and carry-out sales calls with new-to-bank customers.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF, Credit Cards, Deposits.
• Ensure high standard of customer experience in line with bank standards.
• Ensure compliance to bank policies and protect the bank's image.
• Maintain the physical sales centre to quality standards.
