Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Technical Expert for our Putrajaya, Malaysia location. You will perform repairs on iPhone and other Apple products, educate customers on repair options, and share knowledge across the Genius Bar team.

You will deepen product knowledge, troubleshoot hardware and software, and deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience while working with team leaders to address recurring issues and improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Ability to visually inspect hardware and perform repairs safely.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service environment.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deepen knowledge of Apple products, services, and repair processes to support high‑quality repairs.
• Support customers with care and educate them on repair options and Apple services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Identify recurring issues with guidance from team leaders and share feedback with Apple.
