Job summary

DTL Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Smartphone Repair Technician) based in Johor Bahru. The role focuses on repairing smartphones, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and maintaining service centre stock. You will also handle customer inquiries and contribute to KPI improvements.

Qualified candidates have practical smartphone repair knowledge, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork. Renewable contract with opportunities for promotion may be available.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot hardware and software of the branded product.
• Undertake repair and replacement of components.
• Compile detailed log reports for software issues and document used components.
• Manage stock at service centres and report to warehouse when needed.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and address customer inquiries.
• Submit weekly financial reports and remit service centre earnings.
