Job summary

Apple Retail in Putrajaya, Malaysia is seeking a Technical Expert to perform repairs on iPhone and other Apple products and to educate customers on repair options and services. You will resolve hardware and software issues and help create an inclusive, knowledgeable service experience.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, hands-on repair skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, in line with local laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Ability to visually inspect hardware for repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service setting.
• Proficiency in the local language (Malay/English).

Responsibilities

• Deepen product knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products and repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on relevant ways to buy and product/services options.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences.
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
