Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Genius Admin to coordinate customer repairs and support the Genius Bar team in our Malaysia store. You will manage repair intake, track inventory and orders, and organize the Repair Room to keep work flowing smoothly.

The role requires retail or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience by understanding needs and guiding product and service options.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Proficient in local language, both written and spoken.
• Available to work a schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end operational activities supporting the completion of repairs, including managing and tracking inventory and orders.
• Assist with customer service issues including the repair intake process and managing the pickup process for completed repairs.
• Provide peer feedback based on observations on the floor and in the Repair Room.
• Complete repair tasks as needed to support the Genius Bar team and customer demand.
• Understand troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems for all products.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting product/service options.
• Perform other tasks to support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and uphold Apple values.
