Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics-support trainee to assist in coordinating shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and support inventory tracking. You will help prepare shipping documents and maintain records, liaising with warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in supply chain/logistics or related fields, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation Management, or similar).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with transporters and suppliers.
• Support inventory tracking, stock monitoring and reconciliation activities.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents, delivery orders and logistics records.
• Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, transporters and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
