Job summary

TOP-A PLASTIC SDN. BHD. is seeking an administrative and inventory coordinator to support the Production function in a fast-paced plastics moulding plant in Selangor.

You will maintain stock cards, track daily movements, assist in month-end reporting, and liaise across departments to ensure smooth operation. A Diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred, with 1–3 years in manufacturing; strong Excel and documentation discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory and documentation processes.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency and data accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate across departments to resolve issues.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred (plastic injection moulding).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update stock cards for all incoming and outgoing materials and parts.
• Record daily stock movements accurately (in/out).
• Manage raw part and component requisitions to support production.
• Assist in stock-taking and ensure inventory records are up to date.
• Support month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Maintain mould cards and servicing records for traceability.
• Coordinate between production, warehouse, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve daily issues.
