Job summary

MPW Plastics is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support daily operations in our Seri Gombak-based manufacturing facility. You will work closely with Production, Assembly, Warehouse, and Accounts to maintain records and ensure efficient inventory management.

The role involves monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, and communicating with teams and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly. A strong focus on accuracy and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production support, warehouse operations, or inventory administration is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily production and assembly activities.
• Monitor production progress and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain production records, quality inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate material requisitions, stock movements, and factory consumable purchases.
• Prepare and check delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documentation.
• Communicate with production personnel, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Update production schedules, inventory records, and operational reports.
• Assist management by providing updates on production performance and highlighting operational issues.
