• A recognized Mechanical/Process Engineering/Science Degree (minimum).
• M.C.E (Malaysian Certificate Education).
• Experience in Injection Molding/Assembly processes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Check shift output against PPC plans and quality levels.
• Lead non-technical staff with strong leadership and education.
• Respond promptly to production problems and coordinate with specialists.
• Coordinate with PPC/technical teams on daily production changes.
• Ensure mold maintenance, cleanliness, and accurate stock movement.

Job Summary

Job Summary
The Production Executive/ Engineer/ Specialist responsible to ensure continuous and efficient production operation by monitoring department performance towards the KPI given to the department.
He/ She must ensure all the production team working to the desired productivity, quality and safety level.
He/ She has to plan & work for continuous improvement/cost saving to enhance company profitability.
He/ She also need to liaise with related department to ensure all plan/process can be optimized for the effective and productive result.

Job Accountability

1. To check all shift production output / performance and evaluate them against PPC planned.
2. To check all shift production output / performance and evaluate them against Quality level.
3. To have high quality leadership skill continuous together with non- technical executive to educate down line members.
4. To attend immediately any problem during production.
5. To work together with Specialist and Mold Maintenance team if there is any problem occurring with regard to the mold problem.
6. To educate/ monitor attitude and discipline to down line members.
7. To liaise with PPC and technical Executive/ Specialist and superintendent regarding with changing of plan in daily production setup.
8. To coordinate with others department regarding production and quality matters.
9. To liaise together with non-technical Executive/ Specialist/ Superintendent to make countermeasure and solved the problem occur during production.
10. To ensure all related mold always housekeeping and cleanliness.
11. To ensure accurate stock movement between system and production
12. To accept any other responsibilities from his superior.

Requirements

Experience in Injection Molding/ Assembly Line 3 years for Executive,10 years and above for Specialist
