To provide efficient administrative and operational support to the Production function, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, mould management documentation, and smooth coordination across departments within the plastic injection moulding plant.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update stock cards for all incoming and outgoing raw materials and parts
- Monitor and record daily stock movements (in/out) accurately
- Manage raw part and component requisitions to support uninterrupted production
- Assist in stock-taking activities and ensure inventory records are up to date
- Support month-end inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain and update mould cards with accurate usage, servicing, and status records
- Track and update mould servicing schedules and records
- Maintain mould mapping to ensure correct mould allocation and traceability
- Assist the Production Manager in preparing monthly inventory reports, delivery orders, supplier delivery orders, invoices, and outgoing check sheets
- Coordinate between production, warehouse, purchasing, suppliers, and other departments to resolve daily operational and administrative issues
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience in manufacturing (plastic injection moulding preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory and documentation processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage
- High attention to detail
