Job summary

Fulijaya Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Inventory Executive to manage warehouse inventory control, ensure accuracy, and support traceability from raw materials to finished goods.

The role requires 3 years of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Business Administration. The candidate will coordinate stock takes, maintain FIFO/FEFO compliance, and prepare regular inventory reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse/inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy for all materials (raw materials, chemicals, packaging, FG).
• Ensure SAP B1 GRPO and related transactions align with SOPs.
• Plan and conduct monthly, quarterly and annual stock takes and cycle counts; prepare documentation.

Job description

a. Warehouse Inventory Control - inventory accuracy (raw materials, chemicals, packaging items & finished goods.

b. Warehouse Documentation & SAP Control - accuracy of GRPO, GRPO transactions in SAP B1 according to SOP.

c. Stock Take & Inventory reconciliation - plan, coordinate & conduct monthly, quarterly and annual stock take and cycle count activities, preparing schedule and stock counting documents.

d. Warehouse Compliance & Traceability - maintain racking system accuracy and traceable, comply to FIFO/FEFO, support in product recall activities

e. Inventory Reporting & Continuous Improvement - prepare & submit inventory report (monthly, weekly), analyze inventory trends and recommend for improvements.

Education Background - Degree or Diploma in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration.

Experience - 3 years
