Job summary

APS Manja seeks an Inventory Controller to ensure accurate stock visibility across RM, PM, WIP and FG. You will monitor stock movements, investigate variances and generate timely analysis and reports on wastage, rework and inventory risks.

You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement and Finance to align records with physical stock and operations. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience and holds a Diploma or Degree in Inventory/Warehouse/Supply Chain Management

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Raw Material Stock Monitoring: Incoming Record, Usage Record, Stock buffer (forecasting)
• Finished Goods Stock Monitoring: FG transfer Production B2 to Main Warehouse, FG Production B2 Record, FG WIP Record
• Stock Movement Record: Stock transfer Production to Warehouse, Delivery Order Normal Sales tracking record, Van Sales Order Tracking Record, In-house stock (Reject/Damaged/Repacked), Quarantine Returned stock record, Stock Balance
• Good Returns Inward: GRN
• Monthly Stock Take: End month stock count, Stock Take Report, Stock Take planning
• Monthly Stock Report (RM/FG/PM): Production Monthly Summary Report, Production Output vs Sales Target Report, Stock Count Listing Report, Summary Monthly Output Report
• Documents: SOP, Hirarc HSE, Stock Take Listing

Job description

To ensure effective control, accuracy and visibility of inventory across Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG). The Inventory Controller is responsible for monitoring stock movements, investigating inventory variances, identifying unusual high or low stock levels, and providing timely analysis and reports on wastage, rework, stock discrepancies and inventory-related risks. The role serves as the control and analysis function between Production, Warehouse, Procurement and Finance to ensure inventory records accurately reflect physical stock and operational activities.
