Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily inbound activities, ensuring timely and accurate inventory processing. The role involves leading warehouse staff, planning manpower, and driving improvements while maintaining safety and SOP compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, with 4+ years in warehouse/inbound operations and 1–2 years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in warehouse or inbound ops, with 1–2 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of inbound processes, inventory control, stock accuracy, and warehouse operations.
• Experience using WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lead teams, plan effectively, and drive improvements while maintaining safety and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound activities including receiving, unloading, put-away, and storage to ensure timely and accurate inventory processing.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate stock discrepancies, maintain WMS data integrity, and ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed.
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, plan manpower allocation, monitor productivity, and provide coaching to achieve operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and company policies while driving continuous process improvements.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor inbound performance, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and resolve operational issues to meet service requirements.
