Job summary

United Straits M & E Sdn Bhd is offering an Internship Trainee position focused on Project & Service for HVAC. You will learn to install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems while gaining hands-on experience in diagnosing faults and performing warranty services.

You'll keep daily logs, follow service standards and customer requirements, and perform emergency repairs as needed. The role suits Diploma holders who are motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Diploma certification required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and be a good team player.
• Technical knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems is advantageous.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
• Clean, adjust and repair systems and perform warranty services.
• Keep daily logs and records of maintenance activities.
• Comply with service standards and customer requirements; perform emergency repairs when needed.
• Assist with other related duties as required.

Learning to Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.

Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Perform other related duties and activities as required from time to time.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma

Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a good team player.

Technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems would be advantageous.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
