Job summary

Double K Air Conditioning & Engineering Sdn Bhd seeks a Mechanical Engineering professional to oversee quality and safety on ACMV projects. You will inspect drainage and piping, review layout drawings using AutoCAD or GSTAR, and participate in all project meetings.

The role involves planning supervision, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering Diploma or higher, 1–2 years of related experience, and

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is preferred; Mandarin for client communication.
• 1-2 years of related field experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Must be responsible for the quality and safety of the project.
• Must be responsible on the inspection works for air conditioning system drainage, refrigerant pipes installation process. Concealed piping works, hidden engineering and electrical wiring works must be inspected by engineer/project coordinator.
• By using AUTOCAD or GSTAR drawing software, able to handle the ACMV layout plan, project submission drawing and as built drawing.
• Must responsible/attend on all project important meeting.
• Propose monthly and annual supervision and inspection plan based on the construction progress.
• Cooperate with construction unit to prepare overall project progress schedule based on the contract period.
• Ensure that the project is completed on time and on quality, minimize project costs, save materials, and achieve the overall project objectives.
• Responsible for the daily record management of the construction technical work progress of the project construction site.
• Complete the urgent work assigned by leader.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. (Experience in construction based are advantage)
• Required language(s): English, Melayu, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excels, Microsoft Power Point
• Preferably to have experience in Air Conditioning System & Mechanical Ventilation Field.
• Able to work as a team. Able to communicate and coordinate as a team. Work independently.
• Cheerful, Patient, Responsible and Enthusiasm.
• Preferably live at KL area are advantage. (work at KL)
