• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for stock management.
• Conduct quality checks on received products before delivery.

We are seeking an exceptional Junior Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team at CERTO SOLUTIONS SDN BHD in Puchong Jaya, Selangor. As a Junior Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers, sourcing and negotiating competitive deals, identifying new partnership opportunities, and optimizing product offerings to drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

Source, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts from both local & oversea vendors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local & overseas suppliers.

Customize and personalize gifts based on corporate branding requirements.

Work closely with internal teams to understand client preferences.

Issue purchase orders, ensure timely production and track order fulfilment.

Work with logistics and warehouse teams for stock management.

Optimize procurement costs while maintaining product quality.

Conduct quality checks on received products before delivery.

Make professional decisions in fast-paced environment.

Assist in other administrative work when required.
