The role also covers total rewards support and routine handling of confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory for effective local operations.

Qualifications

Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Assist in the coordination of new hire onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation and provide support for offboarding process.

Policy and Benefits Administration: Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and employee benefits programs. Respond to employee inquiries related to policies and benefits.

Total Rewards Support: Provide support in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.

People Procedures and Work Regulation Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with local people procedures and work regulations in Malaysia.

What you will need:
