Job summary

MRANTI offers an internship with the Performance & Rewards team in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with performance appraisal administration, documentation, data analysis, and HR initiatives, gaining practical exposure to performance management, HR analytics, and compensation & rewards processes.

During the internship you will build Excel reports and dashboards, prepare presentations, and support year-end HR initiatives, while developing strong communication skills in English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Candidate should hold a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management.
• Preferably internship student specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Internship duration of 4–6 months preferred.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documents, reports, and records.
