This internship role is to support the Performance & Rewards team in day-to-day operations, including performance appraisal administration, documentation, data analysis, and HR initiatives. The intern will gain practical exposure to performance management, HR analytics, and compensation & rewards processes.

The intern will gain practical exposure to performance management, HR analytics, and compensation & rewards processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the performance appraisal process and tracking submissions.


• Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documents, reports, and records.


• Compile and analyze HR data using Microsoft Excel.


• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards.


• Support the team in Performance & Rewards projects and year-end HR initiatives.


• Conduct research and data gathering for HR-related assignments.


• Provide administrative support and assist with other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management


• Preferably Internship Student specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply


• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written


• Internship duration of 4–6 months preferred.
