Job summary

Carlcare Service Center – Authorized Service Center for Infinix, TECNO & itel in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Smartphone Technician with service-center experience. You will diagnose, repair and test mobile devices, and handle basic paperwork and front-desk support.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of smartphone repair experience, knowledge of LCD/battery/casing replacements, and the ability to work in a team. Working hours follow standard showroom hours and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in smartphone repair.
• Experience in mobile diagnosis, troubleshooting, and plug-and-play repair.
• Basic knowledge in LCD, battery, casing, and sub-board replacement.
• Able to handle paperwork and front reception/admin tasks when required.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions from Branch Manager and supervisors.
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices.
• Perform hardware replacement and basic repair services.
• Test repaired devices to ensure full functionality and quality standards.
• Update repair records and complete related paperwork.
• Support customer service/front desk operations when needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Half Day)
• Off Day: Sunday & Public Holidays

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in smartphone repair, preferably in an authorized service center
• Experience in mobile diagnosis, troubleshooting, and plug-and-play repair
• Basic knowledge in replacement of LCD, battery, casing, and sub-board
• Able to handle paperwork and support front reception/admin tasks when required
