realme Malaysia seeks a Technical Support Engineer (Smartphone Repair Technician) to inspect and troubleshoot smartphones, perform repairs, and document all steps. Inspect the company's branded product for any deficiencies.
Troubleshoot both the hardware and software of the company's branded product.
Undertake the repair and replacement of components in the company's branded product.
Take responsibility for compiling detailed log reports for any software issues encountered in the company's branded product.
Document all the components utilised during the repair process.
Responsible for stock arrangements for all service centres.
Conduct a stock check and report to the warehouse team when necessary.
Print and affix all fault stickers onto the defective In Warranty (IW) and Out of Warranty (OOW) parts.
Arrange for the return of faulty IW and OOW parts to the warehouse.
Maintain service performance, discuss, and enhance service centre KPIs.
Address emergencies such as customer complaints, stock discrepancies, and others.
Report the service centre's status to headquarters and devise appropriate strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
Document all the necessary information such as Google’s account password and others.
Ensure the proper care of company fixed assets and uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of the service centre.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to address customer inquiries.
Execute additional administrative tasks as necessary.
Contact customer for the completion of the device repair.
Submit weekly financial reports to Finance and remit service centre earnings to the company.
Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
2. Candidates must be knowledgeable in Smartphone Repair and testing.
4. Strong attention to detail and able to deliver within assigned deadlines.
5. Possess positive interpersonal communication skills and keen to learn.
6. Work well in a team environment and be a collaborative team player.
7. Advantageous to be knowledgeable in smartphone hardware, software repair and testing.
