Job summary

Morrison Express Corporation (MEC) invites applications for an HR Intern to assist the Human Resources team with daily operations in Bandar Botanic, Klang. The role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR document management while developing essential HR skills.

We welcome motivated students pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management who demonstrate strong English communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

• Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and documentation.

• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
• Support the preparation of HR letters, reports, and other HR documents.
• Assist in staff engagement activities, training arrangements, and company events.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining proper documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee records, HR administration, onboarding, and other HR-related activities.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to work at Bandar Botanic, Klang.

Internship Duration: 3-6 Months

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
