Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in talent acquisition: source, screen, coordinate interviews and postings.
• Support onboarding and ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Assist payroll preparation and attendance/leave records.
• Maintain HR records and prepare routine reports.
• Support HR compliance and ad-hoc projects.
