Job summary

Funding Societies Malaysia is seeking a proactive team member to support customer engagement and onboarding processes. You will respond to inquiries via omni-channel systems and assist with KYC checks under supervision.

This role covers day-to-day operational support, contributing to efficient workflows and excellent customer experiences. Training will be provided to help you grow within the engagement and compliance areas.
