Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring, sorting and responding to emails using templates.
• Provide claim status and payment updates to members and providers.
• Follow up on pending documents and information from members or providers.
• Assist with password reset requests and routine customer service tasks.
• Route member information updates to the appropriate team for action.
• Support handling simple enquiries and escalate complex cases to Team Leaders.
• Enter data and update CRM records, trackers and reports accurately.
